New Condo Came without Manual
I just moved into a new condo and the only manual I am missing is for the Garbage disposal. I do not want to use it without instructions.

GC2000PE2 Doesn't turn on
My disposal was working find. My dishwasher overflowed(wrong detergent)
After that the disposal never turned on again. I'm told that it is on the same breaker as the DW. DW now works fine.
The house is only 4 years old and the disposal hasn't been used all that much.
Any ideas other than replacing it. Is there any reset switch. I can't see one.

whirlpool garbage disposal GC2000
My disposal only hums when turned on and doesn't drain properly. I have looked inside with a flashlight and see nothing that appears to be jammed in the blades.
The hex wrench that came with the disposal and was taped to the side of it is missing.
Can an ordinary hex wrench be used to turn the blades from below? If so, what size is needed? If it is a proprietary wrench that only comes from whirlpool, please tell me how I can obtain one.
