ice maker not making enough
Ice maker has worked in a grand way until today. Honestly, I have not heard it fill or dump cubes all day. Any ideas?

As long as the drain tube is down it will drain. When we hook it back to the garbage disposal the water backs up into the ice maker

no ice making
when pressing ice cycle on button the clean light flashing red then when pressing clean cycle button water solineod opens briefly then water pump starts and compressor start in hot gas mode and stays in that mode

whirlpool gold ice maker .Model #611588x88. It won't make ice ,water will fill its cold insidebut will start poring more water in from other lower inlet and no ice.

ice despenser not working
you can hear the auger turning but nothing comes out. i have taken the tray out and defrosted it several time. there also seems to be a lot of ice build up around the blades

I changed a burnt water pump for the ice maker. Turned it on and the machine is not starting up. the cutting grid is heating when the power switch is on . no other component comes on. When the wash switch is turned on the water pump and the condenser fan comes on. Need help

SMALL AMOUNT OF ICE
My Ice maker only makes two or three ice cubes at a time. It seems there is not enough water in the unit. There is an adjusment screw on the side. How do use this adjustment to control the amount of water.

we moved the metal bar that adjusts ice volume and now ir doesn't make ice at all. Bin is one large block that may be jamming everything.
