installing undercabinet
I am installing this microwave/hood combination under a cabinet with roof ventilation system all ready installed. Do I need to place the back wall mount on or can i just screw it under the cabinet like my pre-existing microwave? Hopefully some one would be able to help me because whirlpool could not…

Can't remove this older model foto install a new one.
Bought a new microwave cant figure out how to remove model MH6700XM-2. Reoved the 2 top bolts which are inside the cabinet but can't get microwave to budge.

HOW TO FLIP MOTOR TO VENT TO DUCT ON TOP
Product instructions say you can pull out motor to flip but there are 2 brackets at back of motor which prevent motor pulling out. Is there a way to do this or does this model actually vent through top or back rather than recirculate

Fan Doesn't come on
Fan doesn't operate on either setting. Can hear tones and a clicking when button is pressed. What are some possible problems? All other functions for oven seem to work.

Microwave Not Working
Clock, timer, light and fan are working. But, the microwave is not. I can program it to cook; but, when I press start the microwave does not engage. I hear a click and the timer works but no hum from the microwave. Help.

Microwave shut down

Oven came on by itself and so did fan and would not shut off
I reheated something in the microwave, and it shut off. In about 10 minutes, we heard the fan, the oven was very hot to the touch and we could not turn the fan off, had to turn off the circuit breaker.

Microwave not heating

Oven Re-Starts
Hi..this old oven is pretty good considering how old it is, but when I close the door after opening it during cooking, the oven restarts without me pressing the start button. I can't see anything in the manual that indicates this is normal behaviour.
