  tem wont go down to 44 the fan is runing whats wrong

  It's not working
  Temperature goes to 80-90F.
  
  motor looks not working. just getting hot.

  Doesn't Cool
  The cooler oes not pull the temperature below 70 degrees. The fan is working.
