  Grinder Problems
  The grinder does not work properly. The coffee beans are left whole and not grindeded. We think the mechanics are stuck and the spinner are not sharp.
  What can we do to fix this?

  Leaking coffeemaker
  During the brewing process the product leaks heated water from the base; about 7-8 oz. It does not leak coffee so I assume that it is in the hot water delivery mechanism prior to reaching the ground coffee.
