  I have an over the stove Dometic Microwave that is practically brand new. When I hit a bump in the roadway, the grease filter and a 4"X4" metal plate fell onto the stove from under the microwave.   F-5 Code
  When trying to use the convection, the oven will start but about after a minute of pre-heating it stops & flashes a code of F-5. The convection part worked prior to last night. The microwave part still works. Cannot find anything in the manual (or on Dometic's website) addressing this problem.
