  won't warm food
  We just got our microwave, plugged it in, and it just runs and runs but doesn't heat anything up and the only way to stop it is to leave the door open.

  The roller has stopped turning. It only works periodically. Is there a setting for this or is it broken?

  stopped working
  We have had this microwave for less than a year. It was working beautifully, then one day...bam..nothing. It was as though we tripped a circuit breaker in the house, but no breakers had been tripped. The microwave just stopped working. I don't know if there is a fuse in the microwave itself that could have blown, but I'm hoping someone can help.
