Oven will begin to heat up but never gets more than warm. Raising temp does not help.

Cleaning up oven after it self cleaned
What is the best way to clean the after effect of self cleaning including racks and broiler pan. This range came with the house.

Self-Clean mode
I lock oven with lever, turn the first knob on the left to the self clean setting, and turn the second knob past broil to the "clean" setting. Nothing happens. Can you help?
