Can You Help With This Problem?

  microwave des not heat up anymore
  If any key is pressed, it displayed Err. Display time is counting down but no heat. After this problem occured, door open did not stop disc rotation. After door close stopped it. Now disc is not rotating at all and no heat. Please help me to diagnose this problem.
