  Not Working Properly
  The disposal I have is 1/3 horsepower. It is probably 16 to 17 years old. It will not dispose of potato skins, they go through, but remain whole and clog the drain pipe. A plumber told me that they are not capable of disposing of potato skins, is this true? I would like to order a manual, but I …
