Can You Help With This Problem?

  Ice & Water
  Our 1989 Kenmore side by side with water and ice thru the door stopped doing either the other day. It is like a fuse blew or something. I had just gotten crusher ice and water a few minutes earlier when my daughter asked why the water wasn't working
  
  I checked to see that the water was coming through the filter and then verified that it was getting into the ice maker. It appears the mechanics of the doors are the only problem. Any suggestions?
  
  I am unsure about the exact number of the fridge so this one may not be right. It is a 27 cubic foot.
