Can You Help With These Problems?

  The icemaker makes a hissing noise and the only solution the local Kitchenaid service center gives is for me to kick the front of the unit and hopefully it will stop. I'm here so you can guess that their solution didn't work.

  Making too much ice
  Need to understand how to limit the amount of ice being made. The machine is less than a year old and is overflowing with ice.
