  Broken basket
  I dropped the basket while I was cleaning it and a plastic piece broke off of the bottom. I can not use it anymore and the super glue will not hold . How do I get a new one?

  Thermal coffee maker
  Coffee pot cuts off after an hour therefore coffee does not stay hot. We need help in how to use this product. Thank you
