  I too have been looking for assistance in how to use my Oster Model OTM1101VBS convection microwave. I think we were all duped when we purchased this product. I will never trust Oster again as, from what I have seen on various sites, is that they will not assist you with any of these problems.

  I received this oven for Christmas last year and it doesn't work already. I've been having problems with it-the popcorn thing as well. What kind of warrenty is on this unit? It didn't say in my manual

  Can't pop popcorn
  I can't pop popcorn in my microwave and it drives me nuts. Either it doesn't pop anything or it burns it before it's half way done. I've tried changing the power and manually putting in the time. Obviously the popcorn button doesn't work. What can I do?
