  service manual
  The condensate drains for the refrigerator and freezer are plugged or restricted. I can see the one in the freezer. I cannot see the one for the refrigerator.
  A service manual would be nice.

  Freezer is 20 degrees F
  Does the freezer on this model have its own control. I only see one know inside the fridge that controls temperature. Thanks.
