Can You Help With This Problem?

  The start light flashes contiuosly
  My machine has this ploblem as described above.
  
  It had it already in the past (more then a year)and an engineer of Whirlpool told that he change the card (for a lot of money of course)
  
  I read that this problem is because the NTC. how can I change it, and how mach it should cost?
