  The door on the oven is no lnoger tight and will give open door indication.

  Door problem
  Microwave is 8 years old and is operating O.K. Recently upon opening the microwave door there is a loud snapping noise as the upper door hooks clear the microwave body. These hooks appear to operate the light inside the microwave and allow the microwave to operate only when the door is shut. How can I eliminate this annoying snapping sound?
