Can You Help With These Problems?

  Ice maker issue -- Whirlpool ED25DQ
  Water dispenser is working, but ice maker is not getting any water to make ice. I've replaced the inlet valve. Any further ideas? I can feel cool water going to the water dispenser plastic line, but no water going to the ice maker line from the inlet valve?

  Broken light switch in ice dispenser
  The slide light switch is broken in the outer door ice dispenser. Can this be replaced and can my husband order the part and do the work himself?

  Freezer/Fridge go off and on randomly
  Our freezer and fridge frequently stops working and our food spoils. It seems to happen atleast once a day and then will turn back on by itself, as evidenced by frozen liquids that thaw and then refreeze in different shapes. Any thoughts?
