  Well, this is it! Now you can grind away!! Hope this helps. My grinder belonged to my mother so I have no idea how old it is. I've used it several times and it works perfectly. I'm missing the meat grinding cutter and have been trying to locate one, but no luck so far.

  I got mine from my Mom who got it from my Nana who passed away about 15 yrs ago. Not sure how long she had it. It's probably 25-30 yrs old anyhow. Thanks again and I owe you some venison burgers.

  Thank you SO much for posting the manual for the Grind O Matic 2100/M 1. I got this grinder when my grandmother passed away back in the mid 80's and have never had a manual to it! Now I can find out what all it can do! Thanks again!

  Although there is a slight variation to the model number on the bottom of a meat grinder I just bought in a garage sale, the pictures for the model 2100 M1 look identical. Thank you so very, very, much for posting your copy of the manual.
