    Please help find the manual for this household espresso maker!!

    This model is about 15 years old. We had stored it in the basement and totally forgotten about until last weekend. We found it in an old box and wanted to use it again - but there is no instruction manual to it, and it's been so long since we last used it, we cant remember how it works! Help!!

      I was also looking for this manual and found it at
      www.KrupsUSA.com

      click on "instructions"
      it asks you for "product family" choose 'espresso machines'
      then asks for "subfamily" choose
      'steam espresso machines'
      and finally "product reference" choose
      '963'
