  I found a manual for the 310 bread machine, which looks like the a850. If anyone wants to download it, go to www.recipelink.com/mf/11/7352
  It has resipes in it too. A guy named Ronnie found it and downloaded it to the site. I thnk it should work for the 1850, which I also just got given to me. Worth a try anyway.
