How to replace the baking element

I need to replace the baking element - need to know how.

replace the element

turn off the power.
remove the 2 screws on the back wall that hold the element in.
slide it forward if you can and unplug the 2 clipped on wires - replace. if you can't pull it far enough forward then you have to go at it from the back...
