Disconnect the plug.
Remove all contents.
Remove the plug on the rear bottom corner left side of the unit. It will pull straight out.
Remove the plug on the left rear corner on the bottom of the unit inside the freezer. It will pull straight up.
Wash out the unit with a good cleaning agent after it defrosts.
Allow the freezer to dry.
Plug in the unit and reload it.
