    This is for the 120 model,should be the same as the 110.

    Call customer service @ 1-800-342-3255,M-F 8AM-4:30PM EST.They will send you a free replacement manual for the 110.I received mine in 5 days.

    Thanks for trhe help. I am based in UK so phoning US won't probably work. Have emailed the manufacturer but they have not bothered to respond.
