Stay ON...

Even microwave not in use. power plug ON then its just moving plate all the time. please help me. Oster company is not good they're not helping with repair, troublshoot or replacement

0 I am having the same issue with that model - the light is on and the plate is moving all the time. Would love to find out how to fix it!
