get your set of straight screw drivers
1. take of the adjustment nob. 1 screw and nob
2. remove the trap door. 2 screws
3 if your replacing the electric cord ,,, note what color is hot and neutral. then cut off the cord.
it will make it easier to remove the back Bakelite
remove the back Bakelite screws (2)
remove the front Bakelite (2)
the bake light slides off back, you may need to push in some of the cord to move the back Bakelite
