There is ice on the bottom, over the drain hole. Also Ice build up on the top, left side of the evapourator where the defrost thermostat is located. It just doesn't get cold enough even when turned right up. I turned it to a middle setting, but it just got warmer - I forgot to clear the ice in the drain hole though. Would this make a difference? Freezer seems to run all the time. Door seal works, light is on, fan runs (cool air). 20.3 cuft Freezer is 10 years old.
I have sinse shut it off and thawed it out.
