system failure

both the grill and microwave stopped working at the same time. machine is only 11 months old

  • bad relay

    Does the microwave turn on and cook for 3-5 minutes and then shut down? If it does you probably have a faulty relay on the control board it supplies power to the microwave oven transformer. Do not attempt to open your microwave over 4000 volts are present when it is running and 2000 volts are stored when it is off and unplugged you can easily be electrocuted if you don't know what you are doing.

    Yep, I'm on my 2nd one and now this one is out of warranty. MADE IN CHINA! IT'S ****
