i just had mine looked at with the same problem, the guy came and showed me the problem. If you open the freezer and take out the shelves, and pull out the back panel and polystyrene, there is some components back there. Down the bottom, there is a tray designed to catch the run off water.... except on mine there was a massive block of ice blocking this tray.... hence the water could not run freely down the back and this was causing the problem. He told me to unplug the fridge and defrost this ice, and this would solve the problem. But be careful and don't use boiling water or anything becasue the plastic in the freezer is quite thin and it might warp it, so I suppose if you wanted to quicken up the process you could use lukewarm water. The trouble is figuring out why this block of ice formed in the first place??
