Brew head wont tighten properly.

Hi do you have a detailed diagram of how the rubber seal and filter go back together. I have just cleaned my machine and the only logical way I can see of putting it back together does not allow the brew head to tighten. The seal is not that old either and doesn't seem to be the problem! Many thanks
