    need manual OR recipes

    If anyone has recipes for this breadmaker, that would sure help me. The program seems to call for a 2 1/2 lb. loaf. I have tried to work one out, but they do not come out right. The bread pan is horizontal, and large. Thanks for any help you can give me.
