I had the same problem. Ice was stuck in the channel that draws the cold air down from the freezer. Easy solution. Unplug it and Defrost it COMPLETELY. I ended up with a BIG puddle of water and it took a day and a half but worked like a charm after. Mine happened because I overstuffed the freezer and blocked the flow of air to the fridge part. I actually heard the ice falling as it melted.
