Not cooling enough

The deep freeze compartment is icing up. At medium setting there is +4 in the food compartment and between -5 to -7 in the deep freeze compartment, how do I tes this fridge to find the problem. I have a mulit-meter but don't know where to start. Also need info on where screws are for dismantling and the procedure. Is there a cost to this help?
