Were you able to find a manual? I have the Dazey Chef's Pot manual, copyrighted 1992, that serves models DCP-640, DCP-860 & DCP-861. It came with the original purchase. The glitch here is that I have no scanner. However, will offer the effort to make it available on this site if you still need it. (Do you know if the folks at OnwersIQ in Boston will scan it in if I mail it to them?)
