I have the same issue. Defrost drain is clear. It seems like the unit runs excessively with ice build up over time. The drain hole under the freezer compartment freezes shut. Manual defrost for 24 hours no help. Tried dialing down the temp in both fridge and freezer, same thing. Thermostat?
