not pumping out water

after wash cycle it sticks at about the 68 min mark of the normal cycle wash and the lock light is on and there is a very short buzzing sound like the pump is not pumping out water. So I turned it off and opened it and there is still alot of water in there. So I tried the rinse only cycle and then it pumps out the water
