Bad odor

A sour gallon of milk leaked into the bottom of my refridge. I have cleaned it several times but cannot seem to eliminate the odor. Liquid may drained into drain slots. I need to know how to clean that system. There isn't a drip pan and the manual has little to no information about the internal system. Any idea about how to fix it, would be greatly appreciated.
