fan keeps running...

oster convection microwave the fan keeps running when I use the microwave. I shuts off a few minutes later. What can I do?

0 I need a manual. It does not heat the food that I want to have macrowave for a few minutes nor does it light up to heat the food. When I code in bake, or ;pizza, popcorn, bake comes up. Then I set the time. The blower is blowing cold air and does not heat the food or cook. model number otm101VBS serial no. A0700165070002258

0 The fan keeps running after I pushed it off. The fan blows cold air,does not heat the food for macrowaving, or the convention oven. The heat above does not come on the cook the food.

0 my microwave/oven does that to cool off, its an oster. LOL! is this maybe the "problem" with yours?

0 Same problem with fan continually running and then others it shuts off right away. I cook a vegetable that takes 20 mins it works fine,then I put in some frozen to heat up right after for 5 mins and they are ice cold. Even 15 mins later just luke warm. Had it for a year and got rid of it. Couldn't depend times for cooking/heating food.
