The refrigerator is not defrosting. The elements, defrost cycle or wiring to the elements are defective. Is you refrigerator digital controled or manual switches for temperature? Let me know so I will be able to help you. JT Comment posted on Feb 04, 2009 OK just came home and see your request all over the web! I did see circuit boards and the model number one place. I have not been able to point you directly to the answer. So this may take some time but we will find the answer. I believe a circuit board issue that controls time of defrost or a sensor that sends the signal from evaporator to the board is bad. What temp setting are you asking and what does the digital readout say? Below is a link to appliance service and they show pictures of parts and offer a GURU answer in 48 hours on the 800 number. They only offer me the answer on-line or you. I called and tried to talk to them directly. https://www.repairclinic.com/Appliance-Parts?searchText=GSH22SGRBSS I want you to get the answer as soon as possible.. JT Let me know, relay copy and paste our chat to them or we both along with the web. My apologies for being slow but I have worked and had no sleep.
