Liebherr Refrigerator 2956

alarm going off in fridge

alarm going off repeatedly. in the past, this has happened when too many room temperature items were put in the freezer at one time, but this alarm is going off on its own. any ideas? read somewhere it could be a defective sensor. know how to replace such a thing?
