Creda FridgeFreezer ?

I dont know the model number and dont have a manuaul. I need to know about temperature settings as they have been tampered with and food is not freezing properly. I have 2 controls one is numbered 1-7 which I presume is for the fridge. The other has N, -,0,S,+ on it and I assume this is for the freezer but dont know what each setting is for.
