I had the same problem with mine (model1069642210) and realized that the frost collects inside inaccessible areas. There should be a collector pan in the back where a tube releases the excess water whenever the fridge "defrosts". I had the same water running from the freezer down into the bottom of the crisper onto the floor, but my place has uneven floors and the electrical isn't up to code. Explains why the fridge defrosts and leaks whenever the building's power shuts down overnight.
