Keypad Issues

I cannot get the keypad to accept multiple digits when setting the cook timer. As soon as I press 1 it starts cooking for 1 minute. I'm sure there must be a programming trick to take it off "express cook" mode but I don't have the manual. Help?

  • Keypad Issues - MW 8992SB

    Try pushing the "Power" Button first. It wants you to set the power level first, then the time, then hit start.
