Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator RS2544SL

water dispenser

water dispenser stopped working but ice maker still receives water. Happened once before and raised freezer temp and it worked next day. But now it stopped and I can't get the water to flow again. Can it be frozen again? If so what is the fix without thawing out the food?

    The water is not being dispensed on my sxs RS2544SL model. Has anyone been able to remedy this situation
