Looking for manual / service instructions / sharpener for an old model 410 Hobart slicer. I think the part # for the sharpener is M-61740

    Go to site and sign up, then you can search for the manual for your machine. It will be in the "discontinued product documentation" section. When the product group choices appear there is a (+) sign to the far left side, use this to proceed. Go to "food machines" then "slicers" then find your ML or mach spec # in the list and download the PDF file, be patient. Good luck and happy holidays.
