John Lewis Compact Refrigerator Freezer JLFFW1803

problem-freezers temperature

I bought this fridge from second hands and I don't have manual instruction. The problem is that control panel is in red light and by freezers temperature (-9) is note. Intensity regulator is in high position. I don't understand what is wrong. Thank you.
