Please help find the manual for this Kenmore Side-by-Side Refrigerator

Refrigerator not cool enough and now freezer not keeping things frozen - just bought the item used. Any help on how to fix this is appreciated.

    I have the same problem, the auto defrost is not working. empty your freezer and pull off the back panel, you will see that the coils are froze over. unplug the fridge and us a blow driyer to thaw the ice. replace the panel and repeat once a week until you can get the problem fixed.

    The back panel I refer to is the panel inside the freezer, four screws to remove.

    The freezer side was thawing out, that got fixed now the fridge side isn't as cool as it should be. a Manual would be very helpful.
