2 I have a 1015 and it has a 10 cup capacity, I use the method used for another breadmaker which is add yeast, flour, other dry ingr and liquid ingredients. The recipe books that use capacity for bread loafs or for one pound loafs should work. email me and I can help you. Mrobiz1945@gmail.com
