cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker

coffee maker shuts off after approx. 1 minute and you have to wait five plus minutes before you can reset.

    I find after the machine is finished brewing and you hear the 5 beeps it shuts off and doesn't seem to keep the coffee hot for any length of time

    Thank-you I will try it and see what happens. If this doesn't work then I think maybe there is a problem in manufacturing.

    I tried your suggestion but this does not work. I don't want to make another pot of coffee I just want to keep the one I have on hot and it doesn't seem to work good. I have it set for high on temperature but once the 5 beeps go off the machine shuts off automatically and I don't think it should. Any other suggestions????
