NOT WORKING

Heating element does not heat. There is a burned spot on the control board at an odd location. Resistor (or device) above it does not appear to have been overheated.

    Also there are 3 (count them 3) thermal cutouts on the heating element - two bullet types (184C) and a very small glass looking diode. Why so many, and is the glass looking gizmo a thermal device??
